If you are using cPanel, then it is possible to change WordPress password from PhpMYadmin at the database level.
However, there is the easier option as well for those who are not tech-savvy. In order to reocver your WordPress password, go to the WordPress login page (yourwebsite.com/wp-admin). ?Ag the bottom of the login boxes, you will see a link titled “lost Your password”.
Click that link and you will see a new page where you will be asked to enter your email password which should be the email that you used when you created your WordPress user account. In case of administrative user, it will be email address that you used while installing WordPress blog. Enter the email address and click on Get New Password.
You will get an email message where you will see a link which you can click and you will be taken to a page where you could be able to enter new password. Try to select a difficult to guess password. ?Repeat the new password and Click on Reset Password. This will reset your password and now you will be able to log in to your WordPress dashboard using this new password.
